Cancellation Policy
Retreat Booking and Cancellation Policy 1. Reservations Booking Process: Reservations for our retreats can be made online through our website or over the phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Confirmation: Upon completion of your booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details 2. Payments Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, e-transfer, or direct bank transfers. Payment Schedule: Full payment must be made at the time of booking. If booking more than 60 days in advance, a deposit of 50% is required at booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. 3. Cancellation Policy More than 60 days prior to the start date: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 90% refund or can be transferred to another retreat within one year of the original booking date. 30 to 60 days prior to the start date: Cancellations made between 30 to 60 days prior to the start date are eligible for a 50% refund or can be transferred to another retreat within one year of the original booking date. Less than 30 days prior to the start date: No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the start date. However, bookings are transferable to another individual for the same retreat. 4. Changes by Us Adjustments and Cancellations: We reserve the right to make changes to the retreat schedule or cancel a retreat due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other major events. In the case of cancellation, we will offer a full refund or the option to transfer to another retreat. Notification: Participants will be notified as soon as possible if any changes occur that might affect their retreat experience.
