Join me for a 4-week yoga series where each session gently explores a different emotion through movement, breath, journaling and presence: Week 1: Anger – Release the fire Week 2: Anxiety – Ground the mind Week 3: Sadness – Soften and heal Week 4: Joy – Expand and celebrate No experience needed—come as you are. All are welcome. Each week includes: • A themed, trauma-aware yoga session • A sweet treat to nourish your senses * Small token of appreciation upon sign up* and a journal and pen Let your body feel.
